  • International delegates are required to apply for an Indian Conference Visa.
  • Complete online registration on the official conference website.
  • Download the Conference Invitation Letter after successful registration.
  • Apply for the visa through the Indian Embassy / Consulate or the official Indian e-Visa portal, as applicable.
  • Carry a copy of the invitation letter and registration confirmation while travelling.

Delegates are advised to apply well in advance to avoid delays.

  1. Name of applicant (as on passport)
  2. Nationality
  3. Country of Birth
  4. Passport number
  5. Credentials/ Professional details
  6. Address

Requirements for applying for an E Conference Visa:
  • Letter of Invitation from the Conference Organizer
  • Ministry of External Affairs Permission
  • Ministry of Home Affairs Permission
