Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests should be addressed to: secretariat@atcsa26smitcsidelhi.co.in
  • Cancellation requests received during July–August (up to 31st August 2026) will be considered with a cancellation fees of 25% of the registration fees.
  • Cancellation requests received during September–October (up to 31st October 2026) will be considered with a cancellation fees of 50% of the registration fees.
  • No refund will be applicable if the cancellation request is received after 31st October 2026.
  • All approved refunds will be processed after completion of the conference, within one month (by January 2027).
  • Applicable taxes, bank charges, and online transaction charges are non-refundable at any stage.
