Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be addressed to:

Cancellation requests during July (31st) 2026 will be considered with a penalty of 50% of registration fees.

Cancellation requests during August -September (30th) 2026 will be considered with a penalty of 75% of registration fees.
-
There will be NO refund if we receive the request after 1st October 2026 onwards.

Cancellation requests will be processed after the completion of the conference within one month by Jan 2027 .

Applicable taxes (18% GST) , bank charges, and online charges will be non-refundable at any moment.
